If you are a professor emeritus, your account will not change on Dec. If you need access to Bear Tracks after you leave you may be issued an account for approximately 18 months so you can access employee and tax documentation. If you have an adjunct or clinical academic appointment, when your relationship with the university expires, your account will be treated the same as an outgoing employee and you will lose access to your account and all data. If you have not graduated with a degree from the U of A, you will retain access to Bear Tracks for approximately 18 months after your last day, so you can access employee and tax documentation. See the alumni section for information on your account. If you have graduated with a degree from U of A, you will be provided an alumni account. If you are a current student, you will be provided with a student account. Auto upload photos from your Mac or Windows computer, smartphone, camera, or storage cards. Step 2: Open Google Photos, and drag the folder there. 
The files will be bundled in a ZIP folder, which you can open on your computer.
Step 1: Select the files you want to transfer in Google Drive, click the three dots in the top menu bar, then click Download. If you are a contract academic teaching staff, your account will be granted a 10-month grace period after your contract ends to retain your employee qualification.Once your employment with U of A ends, your account will be off-boarded following the standard U of A process. If you are currently working at the U of A, your account will not change.
